The film In Transition, will be shown at the Valleyview Public School Gymnasium in Coldstream on Feb. 5, 2010. Doors open at 7:15pm, and the movie starts at 7:30pm. This event is being put on by the Poplar Hill/Coldstream Resilience Initiative (PHCRI), a local group committed to community, sustainability, and finding creative solutions to the challenges of peak oil and global warming. A discussion will follow the movie, which is less than an hour in length.
