  Meditation Retreat
Join us for this one day retreat as we learn various techniques to help the body revert back to the natural state. This natural state is always present. In its simplest, primal form, the natural state is pre-conceptual. It sits quietly behind beliefs, concepts, judgement, thoughts and even personality. With time and practice this state can become a default state anytime, anywhere. The one day retreat allows for plenty of direct experience of just being. Participants need not have any previous experience with meditation. Everyone starts at the beginning, every time.

Brian Roche has been practising meditation for 40 years. He has taught meditation to groups and one-on-one for about ten years. Brian has spent most of his life peeling away the layers of myth and hype that seem to surround meditation. The result is a streamlined, no nonsense approach that goes directly to the heart of the matter.....our quiet natural state.

  Meditation Retreat
This one day retreat allows for plenty of direct experience of just being.

cateogry: Community Event

details: Join us for this one day retreat as we learn various techniques to help the body revert back to the natural state.

Cost is $30 for BFO Members (in good standing for 2010) and $40 for non members / retreat – Membership for 2010 is available at a cost of $25.

If you would like further information or to register for one of the retreats please contact Tracy at 613-732-7894

Cost is $30 for BFO Members (in good standing for 2010) and $40 for non members / retreat – Membership for 2010 is available at a cost of $25.

If you would like further information or to register for one of the retreats please contact Tracy at 613-732-7894
